2011 leaders guide for Summer Camp at Horseshoe

Summer camp medical form: click here and fill in Parts A through C.

A list of acceptable service hours is posted in the back of the meeting room. Before beginning a project, get approval from Mr. Shinn. Remember to get the form signed by the organization for whom you are providing service hours. A copy of the signed form must be turned in to Mrs. Dixson, who will record the hours. Scouts are responsible for providing this form at thier Scoutmaster Conference and Board of Review for rank advancement.

Make sure that you check in with Mrs. Dixson to update your sign-off records.
